给出了通过吸附 -陶瓷膜集成技术和大孔树脂法联合生产高纯过氧化氢的新工艺 ,并获得了合理的工艺参数 :膜孔径为 0 .2 μm,温度 35℃ ,操作压力在 0 .0 9MPa左右 ,错流速度 3~ 6m/s的条件下 ,得到满足电子工业生产的高纯过氧化氢 ,总有机碳净化度为 88.7% ,ICP(电感耦合直读光谱分析 )总检出物净化度为 98.7% ,不挥发物含量降低 91 .3%。
A new process for the production of high-purity hydrogen peroxide by adsorption-ceramic membrane integration technology and macroporous resin method was presented.
