成渝经济区是西部惟一具备突破省市界限、在更大范围内优化配置资源的地区。在中国各个区域发展版图中,成渝经济区能否成为中国经济发展的第四极,最重要的是在于能否合理地重组其现有的空间经济结构。从产业演替的历史进程看,空间经济结构重组的一大主要动力是区域产业集群发展。近来,随着成渝经济区产业布局规划的出台,本文基于空间经济学的一些基本原理,建立合理的模型,并结合川渝两地的实际情况,对川渝产业布局规划合理性进行了分析。
Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is the only area in western China that has the breakthrough of provincial and municipal boundaries and optimized allocation of resources in a larger area. In each territory of China, whether the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone can become the fourth pole of China’s economic development and, most importantly, whether it can reasonably reorganize its existing spatial economic structure. Judging from the historical process of industrial succession, one of the major driving forces behind the restructuring of the space economy is the development of regional industrial clusters. Recently, with the introduction of industrial layout planning in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, this paper, based on some basic principles of space economics, establishes a reasonable model and analyzes the rationality of industrial layout planning in Sichuan and Chongqing based on the actual situation in Sichuan and Chongqing .
