目的建立水-丙酮做溶剂La2O3做改进剂AAS法测定水中锰的方法。方法水样用30%(v/v)丙酮水溶液做溶剂,La2O3做基体改进剂,火焰AAS法测定水中锰的含量。结果该法线性范围为0.00 mg/L~0.60 mg/L,相关系数(r)0.999 8,方法加标回收率为96.30%~98.50%,RSD(%)为0.420%~3.20%,检出限为0.017 mg/L,结论该法灵敏度高,灵敏度是水做溶剂AAS法的2倍,精密度好,能有效消除基体中硅和铝的干扰,准确可靠。
AIM: To establish a method for the determination of manganese in water by using acetone as solvent La2O3 as modifier. Methods Water samples were treated with 30% (v / v) acetone as solvent and La2O3 as matrix modifier. Flame AAS method was used to determine the content of manganese in water. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.00 mg / L to 0.60 mg / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 8. The recoveries were 96.30% -98.50% and RSD (%) were 0.420% -3.20% 0.017 mg / L, Conclusion The method has high sensitivity and twice the sensitivity of water-solvent AAS method. The precision is good, which can effectively eliminate the interference of silicon and aluminum in the matrix and is accurate and reliable.
