本文提出应用具有灵敏度高、分辨率好、峰高易于准确测量等特点的汞膜电极阳极溶出半微 分电析法进行各种纯水和一些常见支持电解质中痕量重金属杂质的测定方法,并探索通过巯基棉 等分离方法对试剂进行提纯的效果. 实验表明:对于水样只要加入几滴盐酸,使其pH=2.5左右即可进行测定,对于一些纯试剂 可直接进行测定,不必加入其他支持电解质,避免沾污。测定方法十分简便。 利用巯基棉除去一些试剂中痕量铜铅等杂质,进行试剂提纯,方法简便,效果良好。
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace heavy metal impurities in pure water and some common supporting electrolytes is proposed by using anodic stripping and semi-differential electrodialysis of mercury membrane electrode with high sensitivity, good resolution and easy measurement of peak height. Purification of reagents by thiol-cotton separation methods. Experiments show that: Just add a few drops of hydrochloric acid to the water sample, make it about pH = 2.5 to measure, for some pure reagent can be directly measured without having to add other supporting electrolyte to avoid contamination. Determination method is very simple. The use of sulfhydryl cotton to remove some trace impurities such as copper and lead, reagent purification, the method is simple, the effect is good.
