基于集团治理的视角,从财务绩效评价的角度来研究DT集团财务管控问题。通过对DT集团财务绩效评价现状进行深层次的剖析,选取3个一级指标、12个二级指标,并设计相应的评分方法和奖惩原则,通过构建集团公司财务绩效评价体系,将评价结果与预期指标进行对比,以此来准确地评价分子公司的财务运营情况。
Based on the perspective of group governance, this paper studies the financial management and control of DT Group from the perspective of financial performance evaluation. Through the deep analysis of the status quo of DT Group’s financial performance evaluation, three first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators are selected, and the corresponding scoring methods and reward and punishment principles are designed. By constructing the financial performance evaluation system of the group company, Expected indicators for comparison, in order to accurately assess the molecular company’s financial operations.
