冬训期是田径运动非常重要的时期,冬训的训练效果的好坏对第二年的比赛成绩有很大的影响。以短跨运动员为例,如果以每周一套训练方法来说,一般把技术和速度训练安排在头两天,耐力和力量训练安排在后一两天,最后一天上强度模拟比赛。根据这一原则,笔者连续多年带队在市运动会短跨项目上摘冠,下面就笔者自身的训练方法加以概述,以期为同类训练提供参考。星期一(一)上午训练准备活动(慢跑,柔韧性练习)。跨栏专门练习:
