高职院校是培养应用型人才的摇篮,高职院校教学质量的好坏也在一定程度上决定了高职教育所培养的人才质量。为了能够保障高职院校的职业教育水平的提高,培养出更多的高素质人才,就必须创新高职院校教学质量多样化的评价机制。本文以多元化评价的意义为切入点,系统的阐述了高职院校教学质量多元化的评价机制,旨在进一步促进高职院校教学质量的提升。
Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating applied talents. The quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges also determines the quality of qualified personnel cultivated by higher vocational education to a certain extent. In order to ensure the improvement of vocational education in higher vocational colleges and cultivate more high-quality talents, we must innovate the evaluation mechanism of diversified teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. This article takes the significance of diversified evaluation as the starting point, systematically expounds the evaluation mechanism of the diversification of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, and aims at further promoting the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
