为了研究“三软”薄煤层群沿空留巷条件下区段开采顺序对回采巷道的影响,在结合前期现场调查分析、支护研究、室内岩石物理力学参数测定的基础上,利用有限差分法对四川南部地区某煤矿的极近距离“三软”薄煤层群区段下行式或上行式开采顺序进行了数值模拟。研究表明,采用区段下行式开采顺序时,巷道顶板及高帮上侧顶板易发生挤压、剪切破坏,高帮充填带稳定性相对较差,而上行式开采较下行式开采的垂直应力在巷道矮帮0.5 m范围内至少减小1 MPa,剪应力减小1 MPa,产生的水平应力能阻止矮帮充填带向采空区侧滑移,也有利于提高充填带的初期强度。
In order to study the influence of the section mining sequence on the mining gateway under the condition of gob-side entry retaining in “three soft” thin coal seam group, on the basis of the field investigation and analysis, the support study and the determination of indoor petrophysical parameters, The difference method is used to simulate the descending or up-going mining sequence of the “three-soft” thin coal seams in a coal mine in the southern part of Sichuan. The results show that the extrusion and shearing failure of the roof and the upper roof of the roadway tend to be relatively poor with the downward descending mining sequence, while the vertical stress of the ascending mining is higher than that of the descending mining The reduction of 1 MPa and shear stress by at least 1 MPa within the range of 0.5 m for the low-rise aisle of the roadway can reduce the lateral slip of the short-aided filling zone to the gob-side and also improve the initial strength of the filling zone.
