据京城几大顾问公司市场研究部提供的数据表明:2007年,北京别墅市场新开盘的项目将达到30多个,供应面积也有一定幅度的放量。其中,传统的三大别墅区放量仍占据着主力。但因为三大别墅区的日渐成熟,奥北和西山别墅区的存有土地也日益稀缺。因而,2007年上半年的放量相对比较少。
