目的研究医用纸塑包装材料阻菌效果及其相关性能,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用营养琼脂攻击法和仪器测定法,对医用纸塑包装材料阻菌效果和抗拉伸强度等物理性能进行观察。结果经过最长5年时间加速老化试验的纸塑包装材料阻菌率达到100%。肉眼观察,处理后的纸塑包装材料外观无破损,不渗漏。通过相关仪器测定,该纸塑包装材料的拉伸强度,密封剥离强度和爆破强度均不受影响。结论加速老化试验对纸塑包装材料阻菌效果无明显影响,物理性能稳定,外观也无变化。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of medical paper-plastic packaging materials and their related properties, and provide reference for practical application. Methods The nutrient agar attack method and instrument determination method were used to observe the physical properties such as the antibacterial effect and the tensile strength of medical paper-plastic packaging materials. Results After a maximum of 5 years accelerated aging test paper-plastic packaging material to reach 100% inhibition rate. Macroscopically observed, the appearance of the treated paper-plastic packaging material without damage, no leakage. Tensile strength, seal peel strength and burst strength of the paper-plastic packaging material were not affected by the relevant instruments. Conclusion Accelerated aging test had no obvious effect on the bacteriostasis of paper-plastic packaging materials, with stable physical properties and no change in appearance.
