染印法彩色电影具有色彩鲜艳、胶片制作简便、大量拷贝成本低、三废少等优点,因而染印法空白片是我国发行电影拷贝用得最多的片种之一。在空白片的媒染层中添加合适的共聚物部分取代明胶是改善空白片物理机械性能行之有效的方法之一。了解添加共聚物媒染层的形态和表面性能对染印法空白片的研究和生产具有重要的指导意义。本工作用甲基丙烯酸甲酯——丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(MMA—BA)部分取代媒染层中的明胶。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察该体系的形态。定量估算了空白片的表面自由能及其随MMA—BA含量和表面活性剂浓度的变化,并就该体系的表面组成以及表面能变化的原因进行了讨论。
Color printing with color film with colorful, film production is simple, a large number of low-cost copy, waste less advantages, and thus India is a blank copy of China’s film distribution is the most used one of the films. It is one of the most effective ways to improve the physical and mechanical properties of blank films by adding a suitable copolymer partially in place of the gelatin in the blank layer of the mordant. Understanding of the morphology and surface properties of the added copolymer mordant layer has important guiding significance for the research and production of the dyed blank sheet. In this work, the gelatin in the mordant layer was partially replaced by methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate copolymer (MMA-BA). The morphology of this system was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The surface free energy of blank pieces and its change with MMA-BA content and surfactant concentration were quantitatively evaluated. The surface composition and the reason for the change of surface energy of the system were also discussed.
