应用蚜量比值法测定8个黄瓜品种对瓜蚜的抗性,通过黄瓜品种对蚜虫寄主选择性和种群增长影响的研究,分析黄瓜品种对蚜虫的抗性机制。结果表明:不同品种黄瓜对瓜蚜的生长发育、存活率和产蚜量有明显的影响,在供试的8个品种中,若蚜发育历期在品种37上最短(5.0d),品种46上最长(8.4d);若蚜存活率在品种37上最高(58.56%),品种41上最低(28.28%);蚜虫产蚜量在品种47上最大(27.4头),品种48上最小(14.2头)。对供试的8个品种上瓜蚜种群趋势指数分析表明,品种47的种群趋势指数最大(9.75),品种34的种群趋势指数最小(5.54)。
The resistance of cucumber varieties to Aphis gossypii was determined by aphid ratio method. The cucumber cultivars were used to study the effects of cucumber varieties on aphid host selectivity and population growth. The resistance mechanism of cucumber cultivars to aphids was analyzed. The results showed that different varieties of cucumber had obvious effects on the growth, survival rate and the amount of aphids produced by A. gossypii. Among the eight tested varieties, the developmental duration of the aphids was the shortest (5.0 d) (8.4d); the survival rate of aphids was the highest (58.56%) in variety 37 and the lowest (28.28%) in variety 41; the aphid population was the largest (27.4 heads) in variety 47 and the smallest in variety 48 14.2 head). The analysis of trend index of Aphis gossypii on 8 tested cultivars shows that the maximum of the population trend index of variety 47 (9.75) and the minimum of 5.54 of variety 34.
