对采煤机零件的参数化CAD/CAE设计与分析系统进行了研究。综合利用UG二次开发工具UG/Open API、UG/Open Menu Script、Block UI Styler和VS2012编程软件开发了基于UG的采煤机零件参数化CAD/CAE集成系统。在UG中实现了零件的快速参数化建模和参数化CAE分析。避免了以往不同软件转换造成的数据丢失问题。系统自动调用NX NASTRAN求解解算器求解并直接返回分析结果,该系统实现了采煤机关键零件参数化CAD设计建模和参数化CAE分析全过程。
The parametric CAD / CAE design and analysis system for shearer parts was studied. Based on UG secondary development tool UG / Open API, UG / Open Menu Script, Block UI Styler and VS2012 programming software, a parametric CAD / CAE integrated system of shearer parts based on UG was developed. The rapid parametric modeling and parametric CAE analysis of parts are implemented in UG. Avoid the data conversion caused by different software problems. The system automatically calls NX NASTRAN to solve the solver and return the analysis results directly. The system realizes the parametric CAD design modeling and parametric CAE analysis of key parts of shearer.
