用玻璃纤维滤膜收集空气中的β-萘酚经甲醇解吸.ODS柱分离.UV-245nm检测.高效液相色谱测定β-萘酚时的最低检测浓度为0.003mg/m3.在不同浓度时相对标准差均小于10%.β-萘酚浓度为0~10.0μg/ml。标准曲线呈线性关系。甲醇对β-萘酚的解吸效率良好,浓度为:3.0、6.7和10.0μg/ml.β-萘酸解吸效率分别为100.0、98.5和96.3%。以51/min的速度采10min。平均采样效率为95.9%,样品在玻璃纤维中最少可稳定7天。空气中可能与β-萘酚共存的萘、间苯二酚:邻苯.甲酸酐在同一色谱图上的分离效果良好。本法具有灵敏度高、操作简单、出峰时间快、样品保存时间长等特点.适合于空气中β-萘酚的测定。
Β-naphthol in the air was collected by glass fiber filter and desorbed by methanol. ODS column separation. UV-245nm detection. The lowest detection concentration of β-naphthol when using high performance liquid chromatography was 0.003mg / m3.
