商业建筑设计,要与当代消费文化、消费者消费习惯和实际需求为依据,这样才符合商圈理论。在市场经济和各类文化高度融合大背景下,当代消费文化和消费者消费习惯发生了巨大变化,商业建筑设计必须在城市商圈宏观视域下进行,应结合商圈理论采取相应的设计策略。对此,本文基于商圈理论提出了城市商业建筑设计的相关策略,并具体进行了探讨。
Commercial building design, with the contemporary consumer culture, consumer spending habits and the actual needs of the basis, so as to meet the business district theory. Under the background of the market economy and the high integration of all kinds of cultures, the contemporary consumption culture and consumer spending habits have undergone tremendous changes. The commercial architectural design must be carried out in the macroscopic view of the urban commercial circle. The corresponding design strategies should be taken into consideration in the business circle theory . In this regard, this article based on business district theory put forward the city commercial building design related strategies, and specifically discussed.
