广播发展核心竞争力的支撑是品牌。品牌本身是综合效应的结果。就效益而言,是社会效益和经济效益有机统一的产物。就要素而言,品牌形成需要四个支撑点:一是内容创新;二是经营创新;三是科技创新;四是人才创新。本文只是简要地论述,实际上,品牌的形成是复杂的过程,但结论却是简单的,即这些要素必须俱全并且产生“化学反应”,才能打造出有生命力的品牌,从而不断增强广播发展的核心竞争力。
Radio support for the development of the core competitiveness of the brand. The brand itself is the result of a combined effect. In terms of efficiency, it is a product of the organic unity of social benefits and economic benefits. In terms of factors, brand formation requires four support points: one is content innovation; two is business innovation; three is technology innovation; and fourth is talent innovation. This article is only a brief discussion, in fact, the formation of the brand is a complex process, but the conclusion is simple, that is, these elements must be comprehensive and produce a “chemical reaction” in order to create a viable brand, so as to continuously enhance the development of radio Core competencies.
