在新课程背景下高中化学教师面临着一系列教学新问题,例如,新课程内容的改变,对新教材的驾驭能力的挑战;教师教学方法因循守旧,忽视学生对课程兴趣;评价体系简单滞后等问题。高中化学教学需要用新课程改革的理念来指导。高中化学教师如何采取积极的对策去适应新课程的挑战,提高教学效果,是摆在高中化学教师们面前的一道重要的课题。
Under the background of the new curriculum, high school chemistry teachers are faced with a series of new problems in teaching, such as the new curriculum content changes, the challenge of new teaching materials ability to control; the teaching methods of teachers insubordinate, ignoring students’ interest in the curriculum; the evaluation system is simple and lagging .
