流行性乙型脑炎又称日本乙型脑炎(以下简称乙脑),解放前病死率高达60%左右(1)。解放后由于党和政府的关怀,大力开展防治,用中西医综合治疗,致使此病的病死率下降至10%左右,某些先进地区已下降到3%左右(7)。我院乙脑过去死亡率较高,1972年较低,为了更好的总结经验,特将我院1972年收治81例乙脑作一分析、并对呼吸衰竭作进一步探讨。 Japanese encephalitis, also known as Japanese encephalitis (hereinafter referred to as JE), the pre-liberation mortality as high as 60% (1). After the liberation, due to the concern of the party and the government, we vigorously carried out prevention and treatment and comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicines, resulting in a reduction in the case fatality rate to about 10% and some advanced regions to about 3% (7). In our hospital, the mortality rate of JE in the past was relatively high, and it was lower in 1972. In order to better summarize our experience, we specially treated 81 JE patients in our hospital for analysis in 1972, and further discussed respiratory failure.
