通过流延法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜,用偏光显微镜观察PVDF球晶的生长过程。分析了结晶方式及降温速率对PVDF结晶过程中晶粒形态结构的影响。实验结果表明,选用等温快速降温的工艺更有利于得到结晶均匀性较好的PVDF薄膜。
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) thin films were prepared by casting method and the growth of PVDF spherulites was observed by polarized light microscope. The influence of crystallization mode and cooling rate on the morphology of the grains during the crystallization of PVDF was analyzed. Experimental results show that the selection of isothermal rapid cooling process is more conducive to obtaining better crystallinity PVDF film.
