目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法将75只SD大鼠随机分为3组(n=25),采用线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血模型,手术一组:侧脑室注射IL-60.5μg,注射速度为15μg/h;手术二组:鼠尾静脉注射IL-6 0.5μg,注射速度为15μg/h;对照组:侧脑室注射等体积生理盐水。术后对大鼠进行神经症状评分及测量各组大鼠脑梗塞范围。结果70只大鼠进入结果分析。分析指标:(1)脑梗塞范围:手术一组和手术二组较对照组明显减小(P<0.01),分别减少(24±3)%和(22±3.5)%,提示神经功能缺损明显减轻。(2)神经症状评分:手术一组和手术二组较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),提示神经功能障碍明显减轻。结论IL-6对大鼠脑缺血有明显的神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of interleukin-6 (IL-6) on cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Seventy-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 25). The cerebral ischemia model was established by thread occlusion. One group received intracerebroventricular injection of IL-60.5μg and injection speed of 15μg / h. Two groups: the tail vein injection of IL-6 0.5μg, injection speed of 15μg / h; control group: intracerebroventricular injection of equal volume of normal saline.
