我呀,每次去超市都忘不了买两瓶口香糖。在家里,时不时都会往嘴里塞一粒,看书的时候吃,做作业的时候吃,有时候晚上睡觉前还要吃一粒。妈妈觉得吃多了口香糖不好,经常把口香糖藏起来,但我就是不信,跟妈妈对着干,她藏,我就找,执意要吃口香糖。在一次偶然的阅读练习中,我才知道,妈妈的说法是对的,多吃口香糖有害健康。不少口香糖都以蔗糖作为甜味剂,咀嚼时糖分会长时间在口腔内停留,可使口腔中的致龋菌产生酸性物质,诱发龋齿。
