实施名牌战略是增强企业市场竞争力的有效途径,也是振兴地方经济的重大举措。成都市委、市政府对此十分重视,早在1995年,市委、市政府就发布了《关于成都市实施产品发展战略的意见》,并根据成都产品结构的特点,制定了“五一五”创名牌产品规划。在推进名牌战略实施中,成都市质量技术监督局作为政府主管质量工作的部门,认真发挥了引导、推动、培育、整合的作用,培育了一批具有市场竞争力的名牌产品,逐步形成了一批以名牌产品为龙头的优势企业和大企业集团。全市现有中国名牌产品4个,四川名牌产品119个,2003年名牌产品企业产值206亿,占全市工业总产值的24%,名牌产品企业年平均上缴税收2342万元。2004年,名牌产品企业的主要经济指标呈良性增长势头。通过名牌产品的带动,促进了广大企业走质量效益型发展道路,从而有力地拉动了成都经济的增长。2005年,全市名牌战略的实施又呈现出良性循环、长足发展势头。
The implementation of brand-name strategy is to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises an effective way, but also to revitalize the local economy a major move. Chengdu municipal government attaches great importance to this. As early as 1995, the municipal government released the Opinions on Implementing Product Development Strategy in Chengdu. According to the characteristics of Chengdu’s product structure, the “May 15” Year Plan was established Brand-name product planning. In promoting the implementation of brand strategy, Chengdu Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision as a government department in charge of quality work, conscientiously played a guiding, promoting, nurturing, integration, fostering a number of brand-name products with market competitiveness, and gradually formed a Dominant brand-name products as the leading enterprises and large enterprise groups. There are 4 famous brand products in China, 119 brand-name products in Sichuan, and 20.6 billion brand-name products in 2003, accounting for 24% of the city’s total industrial output value. The annual average revenue of brand-name products enterprises is 23.42 million yuan. In 2004, the major economic indicators of brand-name products enterprises showed a positive growth momentum. Through the promotion of brand-name products, the majority of enterprises have been promoted to follow the path of quality and efficiency development, thus effectively boosting the economic growth in Chengdu. In 2005, the implementation of the famous brand strategy in the city showed a virtuous cycle and maintained a momentum of development.
