甲酸是一种有强烈刺鼻气味的有机酸,可用于皮革、橡胶、制药等生产。接触甲酸可引起皮肤、粘膜的刺激症状,人体吸收的甲酸约18％—25％以原形从尿中排出.正常人尿中也有一定量的甲酸.为探讨甲酸生产人员尿中甲酸含量问题,我们做了部分正常人尿甲醇含量测定,以确定尿甲酸的正常参考值。1 对象和方法1.1 对象选本地区非工业区健康人65(男35,女30)名,平均年龄32.6(19—54)岁,均无甲酸接触史,居住亦远离甲酸生产厂。1.2 尿样采集一次性采集受试者任意尿液50ml,测尿比重。
