栝楼具有重要的食用和药用价值,同时也是优质的油料来源。通过微波辅助提取的方法对栝楼籽油进行提取研究,运用单因素试验、正交试验法对提取工艺参数进行了优化,并对最佳工艺条件下提取的栝楼籽油脂肪酸进行了气相色谱分析。结果表明当以石油醚提取溶剂时,最佳的提取工艺条件为料液比1:20,40℃的提取温度和320 W的微波功率条件下,微波萃取5 min,在此条件下栝楼籽油的提取率达35.65%,脂肪酸分析表明栝楼籽油富含石榴酸等共轭亚麻酸。为进一步开发利用栝楼籽油提供了良好的理论基础和依据。
Tui Lou has important food and medicinal value, but also a good source of oil. The method of microwave-assisted extraction was used to extract the seed oil of Scutellaria barbata. The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction process parameters. The fatty acids extracted from Scutellaria barbata seed oil under the optimum conditions were analyzed by gas chromatography analysis. The results showed that when the solvent was extracted with petroleum ether, the optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 1: 20,40 ℃ and microwave power of 320 W under microwave extraction for 5 min. Under this condition, The extraction rate of oil reached 35.65%. Fatty acid analysis showed that Scutellaria plantation oil is rich in punicic acid and other conjugated linolenic acid. This study provides a good theoretical basis and basis for further development and utilization of the seed oil.
