目的探索彩超诊断肋骨转移癌的可行性及声像图特点。方法采用病变单侧相邻肋骨及双侧肋骨声像图对比的方法,结合CT及ECT对比观察。结果总结归纳出早期肋骨转移癌的彩超二维声像图及血流特点。结论彩超诊断肋骨转移癌有一定的特征性,为肋骨转移癌的早期发现,早期诊断、早期治疗提供了依据、赢得了时间,提高了肋骨转移癌患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the feasibility and sonographic features of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of rib metastases. Methods Contrast the contrast between the unilateral adjacent rib and the bilateral rib in the lesion, and compare the CT and ECT. Results The color Doppler ultrasonography and blood flow characteristics of early rib metastases were summarized. Conclusion The diagnosis of rib metastasis by color Doppler ultrasonography has certain characteristic, which provides a basis for the early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of rib metastases. It has won the time and improved the quality of life of patients with rib metastases.
