近年来,玩具制造业工人不足、人工成本大幅提升普遍存在,这对企业准时交货、确保产品品质、获取利润造成很大影响。如何有效地提高生产效率,是现今玩具制造企业生存发展需要面对的重要课题,而精益生产方式无疑是提高生产率的有力武器。本文作者梁夏青有着20多年大型港资玩具企业和国内动漫玩具上市公司生产制造和车间管理经验,曾任镇泰(中国)工业有限公司高级运作经理,奥飞动漫制造事业部总经理,2010年获香港工业专业评审局副院士(玩具业)专业资格。梁总分享丰富的生产制造和车间管理经验,就精益生产模式进行探讨,对玩具生产企业很有参考价值。文章分两期刊登,上期介绍了产品制造过程中的各种浪费现象,本期续载内容是如何借鉴精益生产模式以改善和消除各种浪费。
In recent years, the lack of workers in the toy manufacturing industry and the substantial increase in labor costs are widespread. This has a great impact on the timely delivery of the enterprise, ensuring product quality and obtaining profits.
