子宫肌瘤是妇科常见的良性肿瘤,多发于中年妇女,近年来其发病率有呈上升趋势.而且年龄也渐趋年轻,严重影响妇女的生活和身体健康.现代医学认为其发病是卵巢功能失调、雌激素水平失衡与长期刺激有关.祖国医学认为由于脏腑功能失常、气血瘀滞、冲任不调、瘀血痰结所致,属中医症瘕范畴.我们选用具有活血化瘀,软坚散结的中药组成消瘤汤,对子宫肌瘤患者进行观察,取得较好治疗效果.
