本刊从本期起将陆续刊登由我国海水资源化学家周仲怀研究员等撰写的关于海水化学资源综合利用系列文章。本着学术讨论自由的原则 ,作者依据多年的研究、开发和管理经验 ,系统地论述了我国海水化学资源综合利用技术研究、开发现状和发展前景 ,对溴、镁、钾的提取技术研究与开发及海水制盐工艺改革等重要问题 ,提出了独到的见解 ,为海水化学资源综合利用技术的研究与开发提供了不可多得的科学依据 ,对从事海洋化工、海水制盐工业的科技和管理人员或许有重要的参考价值。同时 ,还希望此文的刊出有助于激活学者和业者对这一问题的讨论 ,使科学得到进步 ,产业得到发展。
