针对目前磁传动装置常常因涡流发热而导致磁体退磁的问题,根据压力容器的设计标准及密封罩的冷却要求,设计了双螺纹结构冷却流道的密封罩。对密封罩进行了温度场理论分析,并采用FLUENT流场分析软件对密封罩进行了温度场及流场模拟分析。结果表明,双螺纹结构的密封罩流动阻力小,冷却效果好,保证了磁传动装置的正常工作。
In view of the fact that the magnetic demagnetization of the magnetic actuator is often caused by eddy current heating, a sealed cover of the cooling channel with a double-thread structure is designed according to the design standard of the pressure vessel and the cooling requirement of the sealing cover. The temperature field theory analysis of the sealed enclosure was carried out, and the temperature field and flow field simulation analysis of the sealed enclosure were carried out by FLUENT flow field analysis software. The results show that the double thread structure of the seal cover flow resistance is small, the cooling effect is good, to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic actuator.
