水利事业是我国国民经济的命脉,不断加强水利行业的经济发展对于提高我国社会的综合实力起着关键性的作用,为了贯彻国家针对水利发展改革所提出的一系列政策,就要采取有效措施,抢抓机遇,依法行政,做好水利执法工作,保障水利法规的有效贯彻实施,推动水利行业经济又好又快发展。因此本文就全面推进水利执法工作提出以下意见。
Water conservancy is the lifeblood of our country’s national economy. Continuously strengthening the economic development of the water conservancy sector plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall strength of our society. In order to implement a series of policies put forward by the state for the reform of water conservancy, we must take effective measures, Seize the opportunity, administration according to law, do a good job in water conservancy law enforcement, to ensure the effective implementation of water laws and regulations, and promote sound and rapid economic development of the water conservancy sector. Therefore, this article put forward the following opinions on promoting water law enforcement in an all-round way.
