1 病例报告rn例1 男,55岁.因四肢疼痛、肿胀6d,肿胀皮肤逐渐出现皮下瘀斑、水泡4d入院.发病前曾有青霉素注射史.外院曾以动脉炎和动、静脉血栓行抗凝治疗无效且加重.体查:双侧前臂及小腿肿胀,压痛,片状瘀斑,大水泡,部分皮肤呈暗黑色、双下肢足背动脉搏动消失.
