本报告是在同学进行15000吨运煤船动力部份的锅炉和磨煤系统的毕业设计基础上,加以初步综合而写出的。文内叙述了15000吨运煤船有关煤粉锅炉本体,煤粉制备系统及其主要部件设计的一般情况,特别着重研讨了煤粉锅电炉本体在设计过程中所发生的一些问题,例如煤粉锅炉本体的炉膛结渣,烟气速度及烟灰沉积等,阐述它们的一般情况、讨论影响炉子结渣及烟灰沉积的各种因素,并结合本条船的锅炉及煤粉制备系统的设计,拟定初步的改善办法,最后根据我们这次设计,所采用的粉煤火炬燃烧方式的特点井和其他层式机械化炉子进行初步的技术经济比较,试图谈谈这种燃烧方式在船上运用的前途.
