随着农村水利工程建设数量不断增多,规模逐渐增大,原有的农村水利工程管理模式和体制已不能适应当前的要求。围绕保证闸站工程正常运行,确保圩区防洪安全,在分析当前农村水利工程管理特点和存在问题的基础上,结合惠山区工作实际,提出加强农村水利工程管理的对策及建议。
With the increasing number of rural water conservancy projects, the scale gradually increased, the original rural water conservancy project management model and system can no longer meet the current requirements. In order to ensure the normal operation of gate station project and ensure the flood control safety in polder area, based on the analysis of management characteristics and existing problems of current rural water conservancy project and the practical work in Huishan District, the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the management of rural water conservancy project are put forward.
