《国防科技工业标准化工作要改革》一文是国防科工委奕恩杰副主任于2000年1月11日视察航空工业第301研究所时对标准化工作所做的讲话要点。栾副主任站在国防科技工业全局的高度,对标准化工作面临的形势、存在的矛盾和问题进行了中肯的分析,并为其改革指明了方向。讲话言简意赅、高屋建瓴、切中要害。在此刊登栾副主任讲话的目的就是引起各级领导、广大科技人员和标准化人员深入思考,认真学习贯彻。本刊将开辟专栏,围绕学习贯彻奕副主任讲话,展开标准化改革研讨,欢迎踊跃来稿,为标准化改革献计献策,共同为国防科技工业标准化工作迈上新台阶贡献力量。
The article entitled “Reform of national defense science and technology industry standardization” is the keynote address of standardization work made by Deputy Director Yi Enjie of the Commission of Science, Technology, Industry and Industry on January 11, 2000 when inspecting the 301st Institute of Aviation Industry. Deputy Director Luan stood at the height of the overall national defense science and technology industry, conducted a fair analysis of the situation and problems existing in the standardization work and pointed out the directions for the reform.
