目的 :观察人工合成的白介素 - 1阻断剂对实验性葡萄膜炎的治疗。方法 :用玻璃体荧光光度测定法测定人工合成白介素 -1阻断剂治疗白介素 - 1α诱发大鼠实验性葡萄膜炎前后的玻璃体的荧光光度。结论 :多种白介素 - 1阻断剂可以有效地抑制实验性葡萄膜炎的炎症 ,但其间的阻断作用各自不等 ,具有显著性的差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :人工合成白介素 - 1阻断剂可用于葡萄膜炎的治疗。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of synthetic interleukin - 1 blocker on experimental uveitis. Methods: The vitreous fluorescence intensity of synthetic interleukin - 1 blocker before and after experimental uveitis was measured by vitreous fluorimetry in rats. Conclusion: A variety of interleukin - 1 blockers can effectively inhibit the inflammation of experimental uveitis, but their interrupting effects are different, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Synthetic interleukin - 1 blocker can be used in the treatment of uveitis.
