1999年2~4月间,在马来西亚养猪人中爆发了严重的病毒性脑炎,至少危及200多人。最先死亡的3例病人都与猪有直接接触史,作者对这3例病人进行了组织学和病毒学研究。组织学样本在尸检时取得,血和脑脊髓液(CSF)样本在病人死前取得,并且马上进行病毒培养以及抗体检测。 这3例病人都伴有发热、头痛和意识水平改变等症状,其中2例出现肌阵挛;还有体征显示,有高血压和心动过速等脑干功能
Between February and April 1999, serious viral encephalitis broke out in pigs in Malaysia, threatening at least 200 people. The first three patients who died were all in direct contact with pigs. The authors conducted a histological and virological study of the three patients. Histological samples were obtained at necropsy, blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples were obtained before the patient died, and virus cultures and antibody tests were performed immediately. These 3 patients were accompanied by fever, headache and changes in the level of consciousness and other symptoms, of which 2 cases of myoclonus; there are signs that have high blood pressure and tachycardia brain stem function
