针对路径纠缠微波的生成原理尚无确切理论依据的现状制约着路径纠缠微波信号制备质量提升的问题,首先从现有路径纠缠微波信号制备方案出发,对各方案中生成路径纠缠微波的核心器件——微波分束器依次进行了分析.其次,在对比超导180°混合环、威尔金森功分器和约瑟夫森混合器这3种现有微波分束器的基础上,建立了微波分束器简化模型.最后,通过分析普通金属端口与超导体接触界面附近发生的交叉AR反射效应逆过程,从微观层面对路径纠缠微波的生成原理给出了合理且具有普适性的解释.文中的研究使得从源头上提高所制备路径纠缠微波信号的质量成为可能.“,”The improvement of path entangled microwave signal is limited,for there is no theoretical foundation for the generation of path entangled microwave.To solve this problem,the core component of available path entangled microwave generation setups microwave beam splitter is analyzed in this paper firstly.Secondly,based on the comparison of these three kinds of microwave beam splitter,the simplified model of it is proposed.Finally,we reasonably explained the generation principle of path entangled microwave on micro-level that the reverse process of crossed Andreev reflection effect exist nearby the surface of the common metal ports and the superconductor of microwave beam splitter actually cause the generation of path entangled microwave.Work in this paper makes it possible that improving the quality of path entangled microwave signal from its generation.
