布鲁菌病是世界上广泛流行的人畜共患病之一,近年来发病率明显增加,严重影响着人类的健康和畜牧业的发展。布鲁菌病的发病机制不清,目前研究认为可能与免疫细胞亚群中的自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞和巨噬细胞的改变有关,也可能与CD4~+T细胞亚群中Th1细胞/Th2细胞的失衡、调节性T细胞(Treg)和Th17细胞的免疫调节以及CD8~+T细胞的作用机制有关。本文主要对这些固有免疫细胞和CD4~+T细胞亚群及CD8~+T细胞在布鲁菌感染中的研究进展进行综述。
Brucellosis is one of the most widely reported zoonoses in the world. The incidence of brucellosis has been significantly increased in recent years, seriously affecting human health and the development of animal husbandry. Brucellosis pathogenesis is unclear, the current study that may be associated with immune cell subpopulations of natural killer cells, dendritic cells and macrophages change may also be associated with CD4 ~ + T cell subsets Th1 cells / Th2 cell imbalance, regulatory T cells (Tregs) and immune regulation of Th17 cells and the mechanism of action of CD8 ~ + T cells. This review summarizes the progress of these innate immune cells and CD4 + T cell subsets and CD8 + T cells in Brucella infection.
