本文报道吸水链霉菌应城变种(Streptomyces hygroscopicus var yingchengensis)种内融合子FR-008产生的新抗生素(简称FR-008抗生素)对3种蚊虫幼虫的灭蚊活性以及蚊龄、温度、紫外线对FR-008抗生素灭蚊活性的影响。实验表明:FR-008抗生素对3种蚊虫幼虫均有较强的致死作用。对3龄致倦库蚊幼虫的LD_(50),24h为1.3309μg/ml,48hLD_(50)为0.5021μg/ml;对3龄白纹伊蚊幼虫的LD_(50),24h为2.0113μg/ml,48hLD_(50)为0.6321μg/ml;对3龄中华按蚊幼虫LD_(50),24h为2.8317μg/ml。不同虫龄对PR-008抗生素的敏感性不同,1龄至2龄幼虫比4龄初幼虫敏感。48h,1龄至2龄致倦库蚊幼虫LD_(50)为0.9055μg/ml;4龄初致倦库蚊幼虫LD_(50)为4.7124μg/ml。FR-008抗生素,在19~31℃之间,随温度升高灭蚊效果更好。经紫外线照射4h的2.5μg/ml FR-008抗生素稀释液,其活性降低为非照射组的51.4%。
This article reports on the mosquito-killing activity of three new mosquito larvae (FR-008 antibiotics) produced by the intraspecific fusion FR-008 strain of Streptomyces hygroscopicus var yingchengensis and the effects of mosquito resistance, temperature, UV to FR -008 Antibiotic mosquito activity effects. Experiments show that: FR-008 antibiotics on the three kinds of mosquito larvae have a strong lethal effect. LD50 of larvae of 3rd instar larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus was 1.3309μg / ml for 24h and 0.5021μg / ml for 48hLD50. For LD50 of 3rd instar larvae of Aedes albopictus, the LD50 of larvae was 2.0113μg / ml, and 48hLD_ (50) was 0.6321μg / ml. For the third instar larvae of LD50, the LD50 was 2.8317μg / ml. Sensitivities of different insect ages to PR-008 antibiotics were different. First to second instar larvae were more sensitive than early instar larvae. The larval LD50 of Culex pipiens pallens from the first instar to the second instar larvae was 0.9055μg / ml at 48h. The LD50 of Culex pipiens pallens at the fourth instar larvae was 4.7124μg / ml. FR-008 antibiotic, between 19 ~ 31 ℃, with higher temperature mosquito better. The 2.5μg / ml FR-008 antibiotic dilution after UV irradiation for 4h reduced the activity to 51.4% of the non-irradiated group.
