为研究刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷特性,采用销轴传感器对采煤机运行时刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷进行测试,通过无线采集模块对测试数据实时存储和传输,得到轨座销轴的载荷数据曲线,分析结果表明:针对所研究刮板输送机轨座销轴,椭圆形孔销轴最大X向载荷为-87.48 kN,最大Y向载荷为183.18 kN,圆形孔销轴最大X向载荷为127.84 kN,最大Y向载荷为140.50 kN,并且煤岩硬度越大,销轴承受载荷越大。研究结果为刮板输送机轨座销轴载荷测试提供了新方法,为刮板输送机故障监测和煤岩截割识别提供真实数据,同时对刮板输送机零部件设计和优化具有指导意义。
In order to study the load characteristic of the scraper conveyor rail pin shaft, the pin shaft sensor is used to test the scraper conveyor rail pin load of the coal mining machine during operation. The test data is stored and transmitted in real time through the wireless acquisition module, The results show that the maximum X-direction load of the oval hole pin is -87.48 kN and the maximum Y-load is 183.18 kN, The maximum X-direction load is 127.84 kN, the maximum Y-direction load is 140.50 kN, and the greater the hardness of coal and rock, the greater the load on the pin bearings. The results provide a new method for testing the shaft load of scraper conveyor rails, providing real data for the scraper conveyor fault monitoring and coal cutting identification, and guiding the design and optimization of scraper conveyor components.
