水泥混凝土路面是目前公路、港口、机场、码头、铁路集装箱中心站等大型物流设施建设中广泛采用的高等级路面。然而,由于在设计、施工、养护等诸多环节的不当,致使混凝土路面产生裂缝,从而成为影响水泥混凝土路面发展的一个关键性技术问题。本文总结了工程实践经验,就水泥混凝土路面裂缝产生的原因和如何消除外界因素的不良影响,以及避免水泥混凝土路面裂缝的产生进行了探讨,并就出现的问题提出了解决办法。
Cement concrete pavement is a high-grade pavement widely used in the construction of large-scale logistics facilities such as highways, ports, airports, wharfs and railway container central stations. However, due to improper design, construction, conservation and many other links, the concrete pavement cracks, which becomes a key technical issue affecting the development of cement concrete pavement. This article summarizes the practical experience of the project, discusses the causes of the cracks on the cement concrete pavement and how to eliminate the adverse effects of the external factors, as well as to avoid the cracks on the cement concrete pavement. The solutions to the problems are put forward.
