目前高职院校生源综合素质不断下降,一线教学质量令人堪忧。本文通过对高职院校一线教学现状的研究,探讨一线教学中存在的问题,提出建立二级学院领导服务一线教学工作机制,发挥二级单位领导服务课堂教学的建议。希望对改善当前一线教学中现存的矛盾和问题有所帮助。
At present, the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges is declining, the quality of first-line teaching is worrying. Based on the research of frontline teaching status in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the problems in frontline teaching and puts forward the suggestions of setting up the first level teaching work mechanism of leadership service in second level colleges and giving play to the leadership teaching of second level units. It is hoped that it will help to ameliorate the existing contradictions and problems in the current first-line teaching.
