显微成像光谱仪技术是一种生物组织检测方法,目前广泛应用于生物医学检测和疑难病症分析,已成为组织检测领域的研究热点。论述了显微成像光谱仪各结构功能模块的工作原理及特点,并对其各主要技术指标进行了分析。介绍了目前的发展现状,并对所出现的多种显微成像光谱仪的技术方案及特点做了详细的总结。研究结果表明,显微成像光谱技术作为一种新的技术手段,必将在临床医学、生物学、材料学以及分析化学等领域得到广泛的应用。
Microscopic imaging spectrometer technology is a biological tissue testing method, which is widely used in biomedical testing and difficult disease analysis. It has become a hot research field in tissue testing. The working principle and characteristics of functional modules of each structure of microscopic imaging spectrometer are discussed. And the main technical indexes of the system are analyzed. The current development status is introduced, and the technical solutions and characteristics of many kinds of microscopic imaging spectrometers are summarized in detail. The results show that microscopic imaging spectroscopy as a new technical means, will be widely used in clinical medicine, biology, materials science and analytical chemistry fields.
