采用2种新型纳米TiAlN结构涂层硬质合金刀具对AerMet100钢进行一系列的铣削试验,获得了切削速度和每齿进给量对刀具寿命的影响规律。并通过对比分析获得:在较低速铣削条件下宜采用耐磨性好的超细晶粒硬质合金作为刀具基体材料,而较高速铣削条件下宜采用韧性更好的细晶粒硬质合金作为刀具基体材料。
A series of milling experiments on AerMet100 steels were carried out with two new types of nano-TiAlN coated cemented carbide tools. The influence of cutting speed and feed per tooth on tool life was obtained. And through the comparative analysis obtained: In the lower speed milling conditions should adopt good wear resistance of ultrafine grained cemented carbide as a tool substrate material, and higher speed milling conditions should adopt better toughness of fine grain cemented carbide As a tool substrate material.
