目的了解青岛奥林匹克帆船中心(以下简称“奥帆中心”)蝇类的种群构成、季节消长和生境分布等特征。方法采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获蝇类,每月调查2次,对捕获的蝇类进行计数和分类鉴定。利用圆形分布法验证蝇类是否有季节性聚集趋势,并估算高峰时点和高峰时期。结果此次调查共捕获蝇类4614只,隶属于4科12属16种,优势种群为丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇、家蝇和棕尾别麻蝇。成蝇密度和气温、降水量之间存在正相关关系。蝇类消长有季节性,呈单峰分布,高峰时点为7月18日,高峰时期为5月29日-9月12日。垃圾场和餐饮区为蝇类的重要滋生区域。结论本次调查填补了青岛奥帆中心蝇类本底资料的空白,为积极开展该口岸蝇类防治工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the population composition, seasonal fluctuation and habitat distribution of flies in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center (hereinafter referred to as “Olympic Sailing Center”). Methods The flies were caught by trap catching technique and investigated twice a month. The captured flies were counted and classified. The circular distribution method was used to verify whether there was a seasonal aggregation tendency of flies and the peak time and peak time were estimated. Results A total of 4614 flies were caught in the survey, belonging to 16 genera and 12 genera in 4 families. The dominant species were Lucilia sericata, Drosophila melanogaster, Staphylococcus aureus, Musca domestica and Bombyx mary. There is a positive correlation between adult density and air temperature and precipitation. The growth and decline of flies were seasonal and showed a single peak distribution. The peak time was July 18 and the peak time was May 29-September 12. Landfills and dining areas are important breeding grounds for flies. Conclusion This investigation fills the blank of flies background data of Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and provides a scientific basis for the active prevention and control of flies in this port.
