对话教学的产生,得益于新课程改革。新一轮德育课改要求德育课教学应遵循“贴近学生、贴近实际”的原则,开展德育教学。而教师在此过程中,应充分发挥“导”的作用,启发和引导学生产生新知,树立科学的思想观念。而这就需要师与生之间改变过去的主动与被动的关系,实现平等的互动。但是在中学德育课程中出现了只图其表,掩盖真实想法的伪对话现象,本文从学生的生活、教师自我保护的心态以及我们主导的认识方式三个层面进行了原因分析并提出相应的解决策略。
The emergence of dialogue teaching benefits from the new curriculum reform. A new round of moral education curriculum reform requires that the teaching of moral education should follow the principle of “being close to the students and approaching the reality” and carry out moral education. In the process of teachers, teachers should give full play to the role of “guide”, inspire and guide students to generate new knowledge, and establish a scientific concept of ideas. And this requires changing the past active and passive relations between teachers and students to achieve equal interaction. However, in the course of moral education in secondary schools, there appeared the phenomenon of false dialogues which only cover the table and cover up the true thoughts. This article analyzes the causes from the students ’life, the mentality of teachers’ self-protection and the way of cognition that we lead, and puts forward corresponding solutions Strategy.
