工程机械制造复杂,耗材巨大,具有极高的再制造价值潜力,是发展再制造产业的重要对象。为获得最佳的再制造效益,选择具体零部件的再制造工艺技术时必须综合考虑不同属性指标的影响。结合工程机械零部件再制造技术选择的需要,在对再制造技术选择涉及的因素进行分析和归纳整理的基础上,通过构建模糊综合评价(FCE)模型,运用FCE方法对再制造技术方案的选择进行综合决策,可较好地克服传统方案选择方法的片面性和局限性,使方案选择更加全面和科学,提高决策的经济性和可靠性。
Construction machinery manufacturing complex, huge supplies, with a high potential value of remanufacturing, is an important target for the development of remanufacturing industry.
