幸福企业概括为九个方面:职工收入增长、企业环境优美、职业安全卫生、职工素质提升、职工民主权利及其实现、职工队伍稳定、职工文化丰富、企业社会信誉、企业和谐发展。以幸福企业创建为目标,本质上是将人作为企业的中心,作为企业现实的、充满积极性创造性和主动性的能动主体,作为企业发展的目的,这是对“以职工为本”企业发展理念的高扬与彰显,对于引导企业树立职工是企业主体的意识、营造和谐劳动关系良好环境具有十分重要的意义。
