企业建立合理的组织机构,是实行厂长(经理)负责制,加强厂长行政指挥的组织保证,是关系到企业是否有活力的重要问题。特别在石油施工企业处于由指令性任务饱满转为面向社会,自揽施工;由专业性施工变为综合性施工;由独家经营转为多家竞争的形势面前,如何有效地调整企业内部的组织机构,采用经济灵活的矩阵制组织形式,以增强企业竞争能力,提高经济效益就显得尤为迫切。本文拟就此问题做一初步探讨。
The establishment of a reasonable organizational structure is an important issue for the implementation of the director (manager) responsibility system and the strengthening of the organizational command of the director. It is an important issue concerning the viability of the company. Especially in oil construction companies, they are turning from mandatory tasks to social orientation and self-sufficient construction; from professional construction to comprehensive construction; and from exclusive operations to competing situations, how to effectively adjust the organization within the company? Institutions adopt an economically flexible matrix system to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve economic efficiency. This article intends to make a preliminary discussion on this issue.
