目的 观察、分析、总结应用锥颅溶栓术治疗硬膜外血肿疗效.方法 对硬膜外血肿血肿量30 ml但患者一般状况较好,仅有头痛症状者根据头CT定位,锥颅置管,管内应用尿激酶溶解血肿后引流.结果 13例经该方法治疗患者均恢复满意,均无再出血、感染等,效果佳. 结论 锥颅溶栓术治疗硬膜外血肿疗效较好.
